Online business terms:
The online store Divine Love is run by Divine Love, ID no. 561213-1860. VAT number: 116754.
All provisions of the following terms must be interpreted in accordance to with Icelandic law.
Should a dispute arise between parties, such dispute shall only be adjudicated before an Icelandic court.
The jurisdiction for disputes of Divine Love is in Reykjavik, Iceland. The lawful domicile of Divine Love is on Eiriksgata 8, 101 Reykjavik, Iceland.
Order dispatchment:
Orders are dispatched the day after the order. If the product does not exist, we will be in touch with the buyer to announce the planned time of delivery or refund the product, should the buyer so wish.
Should the buyer wish for a home delivery, the products will be sent by Iceland Post and delivery terms, terms of guarantee and conditions of transport of Iceland Post will apply to the product delivery. Pursuant to this, Divine Love is not responsible for any damages what may be incurred during transport.
Should the buyer not wish for a home delivery, they may collect the product from Eiriksgata 8, 101 Reykjavik.
Cancellation and refund policy: Time limits for product returns is 14 days, provided that the product is unused, it is returned in perfect condition, in unopened and original packaging.
Products may not be returned if package seal has been broken. Receipt for product purchases must be returned upon returning the product. A credit note will be issued as soon as the conditions mentioned above have been fulfilled and the product has been received. Transport charges and postage will not be refunded. Prices: Please note that online prices may change with little or no notice and Divine Love reserves the right not to dispatch a product if the price for the product is not correctly registered in the online store.
All online store prices include VAT and all invoices include VAT.
Confidentiality:
Divine Love promises full confidentiality to the buyer regarding all information provided by the buyer in connection with the purchase. Under no circumstances will information be handed to a third party.
When the product is being ordered in the Divine Love online store, credit card information are only stored momentarily while the business transaction is processed and approved in the system.
Rapyd/Korta stores card information in their secure systems, and not on the payment site.
As soon as the order has been confirmed and the customer receives the confirmation, all credit card information will be deleted from the systems. As a result, card information is always secure during the whole process.
